Living Waters Functional Health provides consultations and education to individuals with autoimmune and other chronic health issues. These services are not to substitute or replace medical advice or treatment of healthcare professionals but to be an addition to support optimal health.

Do You Accept Health Insurance?
These services are not covered by health insurance.
What is included in the Initial Intake Appointment?
The intake session will focus on hearing from the client and learning about the client's individual needs, setting goals, and discussing plans for discovering a new healthy you.
Clients' spouses or support persons are welcome.
Clients must complete all required forms on the patient portal prior to Initial appointment.
Submit required payment.
Be prepared with a pen and paper. Many clients have a journal to record their journey to health.. I hope to share a lot of important information with you.
Are the appointments in person?
All meetings are online via Practice Better Software. Meeting invitations will be provided on the client portal.
What is Practice Better Software?
Practice Better is a secure HIPPA compliant web service that provides Practitioner and Client communication, stores client forms, allows to schedule appointments, take payments, and provides a patient portal.
How much does each session cost?
The discovery call of 20 minutes is free. In this we are looking to hear from you and discover your health needs.

How do I pay for the sessions?
We accept online payments. All payments are due 24 hours to the meeting.
